Sister Mary Vandergeest, OSF, Executive Director of the Franciscan Ministries Foundation, is pleased to announce a new member to the Board of Directors: Charles F. Zeiler, President and Owner of C. F. Zeiler and Co, Inc. in Towson, Maryland.
Mr. Zeiler has more than thirty years of experience in the feed ingredient business. Prior to starting his own company in 1985, he worked as a sales representative for Southern Micro Blenders, Syntex Corporation and Westwood Pharmaceuticals. Zeiler received an MBA from Morgan University in 1976 and a BS from Towson University in 1972. He holds many professional and civic affiliations including, but not limited to, president of the Homeland Mews Community Association. Zeiler was also a part-time instructor in Business Administration at Towson University and has received the Baltimore City Bicentennial Award for volunteer services.
Sister Mary Vandergeest said of Zeiler, “He will play a key role in our continued growth as a foundation, working toward sharing the mission of the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia with others who are in need of our assistance.”
