A Picture-Perfect Golf Day!
The Sisters of St. Francis annual golf tournament has been blessed almost every year with a glorious day for this major fundraiser, and the 2011 event was no exception. Following a week of rain, Monday, September 12, dawned cloudless and mild. It was a spectacularly perfect day for the 17th Annual Golf Tournament at Radley Run Country Club in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Our net proceeds to date are $103,841. But we’re not done yet! Again we have our wonderful sponsors and loyal supporters to thank for making this event a great success.
We had two closest-to-pin contests this year. Chris Boos won a 32” Toshiba HD LCD television donated by Carole Capaldi. Our newest contest—a 50/50 closest-to-pin with a prize of $500—was won by Jim McGinn.
